Return & Refund Policy

At Nanona Agrocare Limited, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair return and refund policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized leather products.
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We allow product exchanges for size, defects, or wrong shipments. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. - Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

8. International Orders

Returns from outside Tanzania must comply with our return conditions. Customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees are non-refundable.
