Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
We allow product exchanges for size, defects, or wrong shipments. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Returns from outside Tanzania must comply with our return conditions. Customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees are non-refundable.
